Our new Library Building in Clapham has opened its doors to complete the £80m Clapham One mixed-use regeneration scheme, which has transformed leisure services across two sites in Clapham Town Centre. The project was completed June 2012.

Skolkovo Innovation Centre Housing

Studio Egret West have designed 2500 homes outside Moscow within the new Technopark District of Skolkovo. The Skolkovo research and innovation centre competition was focused around the detailed design of one of the housing districts of the Area masterplan, comprising five distinct mixed use districts.

Koza Park

Studio Egret West have been invited to present their design ideas to a private developer to show how Akkoza could evolve into a sustainable community through the development of Koza Park – Park living in the centre of the metropolitan city of Istanbul. The scheme is divided into two phases; the first with 3000 homes in 8 towers, and second with 1500 homes in 4 towers.
