Koza Park

Studio Egret West have been invited to present their design ideas to a private developer to show how Akkoza could evolve into a sustainable community through the development of Koza Park – Park living in the centre of the metropolitan city of Istanbul. The scheme is divided into two phases; the first with 3000 homes in 8 towers, and second with 1500 homes in 4 towers.

Clapham One

 Clapham One is a project procured by the local government and built in partnership with a private developer. The scheme includes two sites, the first site is home to a new leisure centre along with affordable housing, on the second site a new mixed use building contains a public library, large doctors surgery and 136 apartments.
